Our participants will experience 2-3 short activities which they c an add to their meetings and projects to help their project teams do t hings differently in a world that is volatile\, uncertain\, complex\, and ambiguous.\n\nTraditionally\, organisations have focused on making work look like a traditional industrial assembly line — logical and s pecialised. However\, in today’s digital age\, work is not a productio n line\, production lines don’t need curiosity or learning\, they rely on workers to do their task as efficiently and effectively as possibl e.\n\nIn the digital age\, work wants and needs curiosity and learning . Our work is context sensitive\, and we need space and time to think and reflect\, ask questions\, and try things out. The things our work ants were educated out of us through production line thinking.\n\nWhat we need is to reintroduce the things that have been forgotten: creati vity and playfulness.\n\nBy reactivating these things\, things we once instinctively knew\, and infusing them into our work activities we ar e better able to adapt to an ever-evolving environment\, and create or ganisations that are more innovative\, flexible\, engaged and sustaina ble.\n\nIntegrating art\, artistic attitudes\, and a creative practice into our work/processes creates a different way of working and builds our sustainable leadership skills.
