for our next webinar supported by The Connecting DOT, we could get an inspiring guest speaker for you to talk about solutions on how to tackle project endeavors in another way. Our webinar will be held in English, but your questions can also be raised up in German.
How to achieve more with less harnessing a rethink!solution
Together with Hermann Ladner, our guestspeaker, we are going to answer the following three questions:

Life Institute’s rethink!solutions, hosted on the Rethinking Cloud, make it possible for everyone to work on their viewpoints. Hermann Ladner
Hermann started his career at AT&T as a project manager. By combining his technical expertise and business knowledge, he implemented projects in time and on budget. Soon, his ability to handle the most complex projects with skill and bravado earned him the unofficial title of project hero.
However, this moniker didn’t resonate with his own assessment of the situation. He felt more like project zero, as most of his projects failed to have the intended effect over the long term. At that time, hardly anyone in the project management community was interested in effectively realizing a project’s intended benefits. To this day, nothing has changed. Long before benefits can be realized, project managers start working on the next big thing.
Project management and its standards were no longer enough for him. He started exploring the difference between implementation and realization. In doing so, he became to understand that viewpoints that take effect at the subconscious level play an important role.
He founded Life institute, the Swiss-based European research institute, that focuses on the topic of unconscious viewpoints.
25 years later and having worked with viewpoints of people of all stripes Life institute has the proof: Approximately 80% of all challenges in turbulent times result from opinions of which those involved are either unaware, or only partially aware! By identifying over 100,000 viewpoints Life Institute also learned that those who broaden the viewpoints that take effect at the subconscious level create true transformation.
